Tenant Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does your Office have an After-Hours Drop Box?
A: No, we don’t. If you need to drop off rent or any other paperwork you’ll need to come during our normal business hours (9am-5pm).
Q: How fast can I expect my work order to be completed?
A: Please allow 7 days for non emergency and 1-3 days for urgent matters.
Q: I did not have a pet when I moved in; may I have a pet now?
A: First, email or call our Property Manager of your request for a pet. Do not move a pet into the property without permission. LILSA Property Management will acquire pet info and will make a decision from there. There is a $300 non refundable pet fee for 1 pet and will differ depending on the number of the pets. A pet addendum must be signed.
